2021 RCF Mock Draft: Discussion, Trades and Miscellany

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Then why are you looking at Kyle Trask? ;)

I'm not quite sure I've ever seen a college QB do less with so much talent.

He's had five receivers that are going to be drafted into the NFL, including two exceptional ones in Van Jefferson and Kadarius Toney, Kyle Pitts, a RB drafted into the NFL...

I think he underperformed based on the weapons he had, and I don't see traits that translate to the NFL. I wouldn't waste a draft pick on him at all.
Well I’m more than willing to agree to disagree. Sign me up for Trask. As a backup of course

Fields' second pro day is slated for Wednesday at Ohio State. Trey Lance's second North Dakota State pro day will be April 19.

I tried a few times to talk myself into Christiansen, but I can never get too excited about the older Mormon guys who appear maxed out.

If any of my teams ran a 3-4 scheme, I'd be looking at the talent pool of outside linebackers. We are clearly a bunch of Browns fans, because we aren't talking about them at all.

Listening to a draft podcast talk about Davis Mills: "His absolute, peak peak peak case, where if everything pans out for him, his absolute ceiling is Kirk Cousins... and the chance he reaches that? Roughly 0%... Saying Kirk Cousins is EXTREMELY generous."

"Best case is he goes to Indy, and sits on the bench with Frank Reich as a QB3 so they can see MAYBE if there's something there. I want the best for him, and that situation might be the best place for him."

@Jordan :chuckle:

about an hour in.

Yeah, the Titans got Quincy Roche in the late 3rd round, he's probably an early 2nd rounder.

@JDailey23 Trey Smith is a great value pick for the 4th round. I had him on my short list for the Bills going into all this, but ended up going for a guard in the 2nd round.

Draft so far:
1st- Patrick Surtain II; CB; Florida State
2nd- Levi Onwuzirke; IDL; Washington
3rd- Baron Browning; LB; Ohio State
3rd- Ar'Darius Washington; S; TCU
4th- Stone Forsythe; OT; Florida

@Snowblind and the Giants are up!

Besides Baron Browning, I really love that draft. And it's not like I hate the Baron Browning pick or anything either. Nice job.

Yeah I might have reached a little for Browning. I think he could be GREAT or wash out in a few years. Kind of a lottery pick.

The Cowboys would be better off for having a draft like this, but who the hell knows with Jerrah running the show.
