Looks like the older and more experienced teams are starting to ramp it up and round into shape as mid-season gets closer. Warriors, Nets, Clippers, Sixers, etc.,

The whipper-snapper teams better get ready and get their $#!+ together.

Breaks my heart as a Jalen Williams truther in the last draft but from the eye test it appears he could already be the 2nd best player on the Thunder. He was already 21 coming out of Santa Clara, a little older than some other prospects. He obviously still makes rookie mistakes but looks better than Giddey at this point. Presti knew what he was doing jumping ahead of the Cavs to draft this kid. @KevinLoveFan must be thrilled.

Obviously Cavs still likely make the Donovan trade but I'd be pretty mad right now if they had dealt Lauri+Jalen Williams+those picks in that deal.

I wish we drafted exceptional talent like Giannis ,Jason or at least Ja.People who can carry their teams to the championship.Cavs is just a soup mix of some random players right now,with star player and players that could develop into something special but they did not.So may be Cavs system is just no good for developing talents?!May be our scouts cant see deep enough.

Man, I won't name names but a long time poster, more the once, suggested in the lead up to the draft that the Cavs can (and he was insinuating should) entertain drafting Mark Williams so they could dangle Allen in a trade.

Mark Williams, on a 7-20 team with Mason freaking Plumlee starting, has managed to get minutes in exactly 3 games. Yea, he's out right now with an ankle, but he was collectin DNP-CDs left and right before that.

You know who you are, and that was a terrible take when you made it.

So, Warriors are about to Wank for Wemby, aren’t they?

If the season ended today, they’d be tied for the 12th highest odds. They’ve been really bad with Steph off the floor this year. He now has a shoulder injury and all I’ve seen is that he’s going to be out for “weeks”, whatever that actually means.

They won’t actually be bad enough to get into the top four, but they could pretty easily get into the top 8. Wiggins and Poole would be eligible to be moved next offseason. If Green doesn’t opt out he could be moved.

Will be interesting to see how they handle the next couple weeks. They could pretty quickly go from trying to upgrade the rotation to Steph having “precautionary” shoulder surgery.
