2022 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Carson Strong having mobility is a terrific and unexpected thing.

Also, Alex Pierce being insanely fast at his size is wild. He’s gunna be a 3/4 guy because of age and production, but his athleticism is wild.

Moving fluidly and having functional mobility aren't necessarily the same thing :chuckle:

He was, however, notably NOT wearing the knee brace he wore all season.

Surge's semi sleeper, hope we get him pick:

Jermaine Johnson, edge, FSU

Haven't done much research on positions and depth in the draft yet but this kid is good.

@AZ_ whats your take?

My take is just a GIF of a cartoon character with eyes popping out of his head.

Thinking about what this team can develop him as on the opposite side of Garrett is erection-inducing.

He’s probably on my board at 13.

Hey man, just let me live in my secured snowflake bubble about Carson Strong!!

I firmly think he goes in round one once teams see the knee isn’t the largest concern.

Am I wrong to believe that Malik Willis has the most upside in this draft?

I have not seen much but is he the guy Liberty?

I've always wondered how scouts can evaluate a guy from a small school like that and project their upside. Kinda like how Josh Allen was out of bum fuck nowhere.

Absolutely not. Lowest floor highest ceiling at the most important position.

Of the QBs, sure.

Kyle Hamilton has the highest ceiling of all players, though. We're talking highest of the high.

If the Browns are unable to trade for Rodgers, Wilson, Watson, Carr or Cousins, what do you guys think about the idea of trading for Jimmy G as a bridge and then drafting a QB in the first round this year? Ideally, the Browns aren't in a position where they're drafting this high over the next few seasons, so it wouldn't be unreasonable to either trade up or take a QB at 13 they have graded as a first rounder.

If baker sucks the browns should have no problem drafting high in 23.

Edit: if the Steelers can’t get Rodgers or RW, they are definitely going to be the preferred destination for cousins or jimmy g. Basically the browns are stuck with baker in 2022.

No.

He's almost certainly the biggest boom or bust prospect at the QB spot this year.
