2022 Game #9 | #2 Ohio State @ Northwestern | November 5th, 2022 @ 12:00 PM EST

I mean he's not a runner.

It's like saying Tom Brady's refusal to run costs his teams games. Ok. But that's just built in. He doesn't run.

Right but in a game like this you take off if it’s guaranteed yards

Stroud keeps a read for the first time in his life and gets 20+ yards.

He has good speed and there is nothing holding him back from running other than his decision making. Too often he is too hesitant to run or keep the ball.

If I were a coach on the sideline with him, I'd be in his ear that today is the day his legs will win him the Heisman.

Just tuning in. Did NW spend the first couple months preparing solely for this game? Lol

No its just you literally can't throw the ball down the field today and that's the only way Ohio State can consistently score points.

Their lack of running game is really showing up today.

He probably should have waited to use the timeout since they gave up so much on first down.

Ahh, the weather.

Hopefully running game comes around before the big game…

We had better figure out a way to stop their quarterback from running on 3rd down.

I would try Hayden some in the second half. He's not great, but Williams isn't 100% and maybe the kid will at least hit the hole hard.

Just tuning in, Buckeyes must be resting key players

Nah, not really. Henderson is out because he’s hurt again. The wind is so bad that field goals were just dying in the errors and punts are going down like they’re hitting some Invisible force field. Day was stubborn in the early goings attempting to throw downfield with the offense’s wind to its back. It’s multi-faceted hideous.

They have their running back at QB and are running against 7 man boxes. Why? They should have everyone at the line of scrimmage.
