Who said it was an "A"? He gave up 0 runs and managed the damage which is a step in the right direction. Is he pitching like he was last season? No, but there may be some progress being made.

Semantics I guess. Solid to me is when a pitcher gives up 0 runs over 4 IP. I don't give a shit what happened in between. He either pitched very well or managed through any issues.

Tanner Bibee is getting pounded on tonight but he is hanging tough...
Its in the 3rd & he has already allowed 3 homers & 5 runs...
With his pitch count already I doubt he makes it into the 4th tonight...
Oh well.. Its a learning experience for him...

Well the Tuesday games are now completed and the CLE affiliates went 2-1 with a run diff of +2 on the night.
On the week the teams are now 3-1 with a run diff of +10.
Now onto the Wednesday matchups..

185 at bats doesn't trump seven years of being a human windmill, nor does it mean that he 'deserves' a call up.

We do love our prospects who are big, left handed, and strike out a lot.

If I remember right, Bimbo sad over year ago that he spent a long time overhauling his swing and had it working well in the cage but when in game situations that he reverted back to old habits. It’s about consistency and not putting the kid in high stress situation until his muscle memory is built up. He has the tools, he just need the technique to go with it.

But, he's cut down his SwStr% from 15 to 10% this season. That's a significant improvement hinting at something clicking.

He's upped his profile to Bradley Zimmer and there might be more to untap. He needs a couple of dominant weeks down in Columbus to bang on that ML door and he might get a look then.

In short.. as he is now.. it's not enough to warrant a spot on the CleGuardians roster.. not in a couple of weeks.. perhaps, ever..

Ehh, the chances of Wil making it are slim, but he has a combination of tools that few in baseball have. We've got enough ineffective contact hitters in the organization to fall back on. It doesn't hurt to have a prospect with a higher ceiling like Benson even though he comes with higher risk. I'd love to see him cut his strikeouts down, but that doesn't mean his power, speed, and defense won't play. Until he plays and you actually know, it's a best guess as to what he can or can't do. Much in the same light as Gonzalez.

Benson has a future in the MLB at worse a 4th OF , Not going lie I whether see him at the plate right now then Kwan, If release tomorrow he would be snatch up immediately …….I really think he going to be one of those late bloomers, I just hope it with us…….
