2022 Season Series #27 | Guardians @ Royals | July 8-10, 2022

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just switched off. Lifeless.

I get giving guys offdays, but why does Gimenez needs a couple a week and Rosario never sits? Both Naylor and Gimenez out of the lineup vs RHP was recipe for disaster. And we're watching getting Rosario and Reyes getting themselves out vs an old fart pitcher who knows what he's doing. Can't wait to get Amed and his 600ish OPS vs RHP out of this lineup. He would have walked twice vs Greinke if he just kept his bat on his shoulder. He doesn't make enough impact to be swinging this often. The definition of a player NOT playing within himself. That's why he's by far the most frustrating player to watch. End of rant. See ya next week battling for 2nd place
Don't ever question Tito. He's the Patron Saint of Baseball and you're lucky to breathe the same air as him.

Fanmil seems like he has one swing plane. If the ball isn't where his bat is, he sure isn't going to move it. He makes contact with 45% of pitches he swings at out of the zone, and he swings at many pitches out of the zone.

How in the fuck is a ballclub supposed to produce runs batted in with Rosario, Straw, Clement, Hedges, Miller???

Hentges making sure the game is out of reach.

Safe to say we have kids that can replace him as soon as 2023

We need some serious bullpen help... De Los Santos now next in line to earn a leverage spot.

Of our MILB pitchers, who'd excel out of the pen? Cantillo? Gaddis? Morris? Espino and Williams excluded for obvious reasons.

Anyone could play DH, so yep if he looks lifeless just stick your worst fielder there that you want to get into the lineup on a given day.

I have some hope for him coming back to some kind of production but he has never been exactly great as it was.

Noel seems like the natural replacement from an offensive perspective, both righty hitters with a similar profile of big power with a little left to be desired in hit tool / approach. I wouldn't want to count on any one specific player though, but we will have options hopefully.

Rick Manning is being a little bitch today. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed

I'm liking the rotation of Nolan, Oscar, Valera, Kwan as your 3 OF and DH. Straw gets the bench role.

Noel is probably more 2024, Valera is AAA bound already, so come June of '23 he's ready.

Go figure we get 2 lead-off walks while the threats with RISP come up and do absolutely nothing.
