Cleveland, who has gone 24-20 against him. Two other teams have winning records against him. Cincinnati is 1-0. Boston is 6-5.

Guess which park Verlander has had the most problems in.

Progressive Field, where Verlanders record is 10-16... ERA is 5.34....OPS .746.

Of course, I won't mention Plesacs stats vs Houston...lol.

Well, if we've beaten him 24 times I suppose there's always a chance. I thought we had no chance against McClannahan but we roughed him up.

Unfortunately, Plesac got hammered by the Astros in May and he has not pitched well his last four starts.

I would say they're really good at drafting, but they did a ton of losing to restock their organization with studs. 5 years of averaging 60 something wins and having a low of 51 will allow you to inherit some really good prospects.

And boy oh boy did they ever get lucky with Verlander turning back the clock. Some thought he was approaching a decline his last year in Detroit, and here he is dominant as ever. Crazy. Kate Upton keeps that man going.

Welcome Ron! Good to hear from other teams' fans. I have a feeling that it will be a good series for you, but there's a reason they make them play the games.

I’d like them much better if they didn’t have master cheaters like Altuve and Bregman. At least Hinch and Luhnow got canned for garbage can lid gate. I do respect their current management team.

I think so... but it will be a couple weeks to really know before I really know if I can ever use my right hand properly again. I know my index finger will never be 100% again.
 
God have mercy on our souls. If we split, I’ll be happy. Unless it seems like we could have done better.

Really liking this lineup.

Straw and Ogon are weapons on the bench compared to Ernie and Call/Mercado.

We also get to see Benson in CF and Tyler at Short. Stoked!
