Elias's information goes back to 1961, so they're saying that it's been at least that long. They don't have an example of it ever happening.

As much as I've bashed Straw I have to give him props for his hit in the 8th. That hit was the key to the win. He came up to bat 4-for-49. If he makes an out the inning is over, although we would have had the top of the order up in the 9th.

Once Straw hit his solid single we got three straight lucky hits on oppo bloops and a ball beat into the ground. At that point the game was over with a 2-run lead and Clase facing the bottom of their order in the 9th.

Bimbo’s Mom sent him to bed in 1997 World Series so he’s in his 30s too.

I wanted to turn the radio on after the game to hear Hammys highlights, but had a 3 yr old trying to go to sleep right by the radio.

I was told in no uncertain terms to not go near that radio...lol.
