Keep playing Freeman... Everyone needs to step up, big games this week.

Still sort of surprised we see Freeman at SS instead of 2B, I guess that is a combination of it's not broke don't fix it (Gimenez at 2B) and potential showcasing/forecasting of Tyler Freeman as a viable MLB SS option.

I think it still has to do with Amed playing SS and might as well just keep your starting 2B at his position for the remainder of the year. I don't think Freeman gets enough respect though. All he does is hit the ball and he does so from a MIF position. The one thing that worries me is his glove though.

People were really asking for Brennan? Must be the minority because they can't even find a spot for Benson or Palicios, and Will was supposed to get more action...

At this point.. ANY action for Benson would be welcome.. especially considering the RHP's the Guardians are facing over the next 30 games..

Yeah the same people who were asking for Will BenGOAT decided he sucked after 15 PAs and now want Will BrenGOAT.

There is a spot though... in CF. I would like to see BenGOAT there more.

I think they are just planning on leaving Gimenez at 2B for the rest of the season... He has gotten comfortable there and is playing well, so may as well have him there if he isn't DHing

These small sample size MLB stats don't do it for me when it comes to Benson and somewhat Palacios. Got to factor in their AAA success still at this point and hope it can translate to some degree rather than giving up on them.

Before the season started I wasn't sure how all the pieces would fit together. Oddly enough, at the beginning of September I'm still not sure how all the pieces will fit together. This team hasn't really excited me as a whole offensively all season, but I have thoroughly enjoyed their success. At the very least, this divisional competition and any possible playoff experience will be invaluable to these kids.

I'm not wishing for the season to end, but I am excited to see what happens this offseason and the next several seasons. Things may not be going how we like in the here and now, but I'm still certain this team will be a powerhouse going forward.

Roster construction is kind of an odd bird.. Tito seems to be okay with one raw rookie in the lineup.. but, not two.. So for now.. it looks like Tyler Freeman is getting the AB's...

raw rookie = less than a 100 AB's
