this stupid coach stayed way too long with a lineup that had one shooter. Miami cycled until they found open shooter while we go 2 on 5 in the offensive end
 
Glad to see JBB challenge a call in a blowout. Sure we won the challenge, but can he ever challenge a call when it effin’ matters?
 
After watching this one do we understand what good defense does for you?
 
Damian Jones is awful at basketball
 
I’d have started LeVert and kept CPJ in a bench role. We know JB will do everything he can to keep his regular guys in their assumed roles though, so LeVert stayed the 6th man while the rookie played out of position. Getting his first start could prove beneficial long term though. Tonight the moment was too big early on. By the time he found his footing they were in a deep hole.

Turnovers on offense and the hot Heat shooting to open the game both stem from coaching issues.

Can’t run these sets that start with only one passing option outside the 3 point line. It’s on tape and teams sell out when they recognize them. Happens multiple times per game.

Defensively, you can’t just trap for the sake of doing so when guys get to the middle and leave wide open shooters like old man Lowry to get into an early rhythm.
