Humorous how it's Garland's fault that Okoro was OOB
Nope, 5
There's not really a way for a player to handle it on his own. If he gets rid of the ball before the double comes, it's going to someone like Cedi or Niang or Okoro.. and that usually doesn't end well, which is the goal of doubling in the first place. Our offense disintegrating when Garland got blitzed was the exact issue we had two years ago and led to the DM trade, we still haven’t solved it when Mitchell isn’t in and Garland hasn’t learned to handle it on his own
When we first acquired Niang the first thing I did was go to Sixers forums. The consensus was "you'll love him as a player and he's got some dawg in him, but he's completely unplayable in the playoffs."P.S. if Niang is still in the rotation if we are ever fully healthy please take me out of my misery.. he is fucking awful and kills every lineup when he plays
His heel was on the baseline. That's on the player receiving the ball.So a PG should get zero blame for passing the ball to a guy who is standing out of bounds? What kind of sense does that make?
Also, while Garland was 7/10 from 3, LeVert was 3/10.Nope, 5
That is a situation you can, and should, practice for in terms of a hockey assist, but the usual outlet should be our second 7 footer around the free throw line, and he's currently nursing a sore ankle on the bench. Wade could normally sub in that role, but alas...There's not really a way for a player to handle it on his own. If he gets rid of the ball before the double comes, it's going to someone like Cedi or Niang or Okoro.. and that usually doesn't end well, which is the goal of doubling in the first place.
