Yep.

Now if he did want to come here, you do consider potentially trading DPJ(unless they already have an extension worked out on the downlow for DPJ that they’re happy with)

So the Eagles or yet another addition to the AFC's arms race. Lovely.

Given the Chiefs poo-poo platter of WRs, they make the most sense..

Hopkins has played in a dome this whole career so I’d be surprised to see him wanting to take the leap to Buffalo..

Hopkins for free is different than trading for Hopkins, but post Moore & Tillman acquisitions I’m not sure how you manage all those touches..

I could also see Hopkins commanding a 2-3 year deal..

If I were Berry I would be. The WR still lacks an alpha #1 target.
I’d like to see a year of Cooper catching balls from Watson before saying that but it’s not crazy to hold the opinion you have

I'm not sure what Hopkins has done over the last two years that would make anyone think he's tangibly better than Amari Cooper at this point.

Yes, Hopkins was a great receiver at one point, but now it feels like he's just more of a run of the mill good receiver now.

Go get Hop

Hopkins, Cooper, DPJ, Moore, Tillman, Bell

Restructure some contracts and try to get a deal done.

Can always add some depth

Lol unfortunately, no, no he is not.

Hopkins was pacing for about 1300 and 6 last season…
But yet ended up with 717 and 3 because he couldn’t stay on the field.

And is not being 31 when this coming season starts and only healthy enough to start in 19 of his last 33 games a concern?

Are we also not going to account for playing under one of the most pass happy coaches in the NFL(4th in pass attempts per game) vs. Cooper playing under Stefanski(21st in pass attempts per game) with Jacoby Brissett throwing him the ball for the first 11 games?

Cooper is also two full years younger and has been available to his team 31 of the past 33 games vs Hopkins 20 of the past 33 games.

I’d take Hopkins if there was mutual interest and he chose us but you’re living in the past if you think he is currently an absolute step up from Cooper
