2023 College Football Season/Playoff (off the field)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Is Nebraska legitimately cursed? This is just insane.

Yes, they've been bad since coming to the B10, especially the last few years.

But holy shit they should have significantly more wins than they do. The amount of games they've somehow choked away with barely any time left on the clock is remarkable.

I feel like there are a lot of dumb losses and performances on their record.

The N on the side of their helmet stands for knowledge.

If there's an opening, any opening for Nebraska to regain some glory it's now.

They've got an elite level college coach. Oklahoma is in a bit of questionable place, with a new head coach coming off of a fairly bad first season and moving to a new conference.

They need to start taking back some recruits that Oklahoma took from them since the early 2000's

I have enjoyed watching the first half of the Colorado/TCU game and have been impressed by how sharp Colorado has been. QB throwing short passes (22/28) in an up-tempo offense, and the team has committed only 2 penalties for 10 yards. It will be hard for them to hang on with their top player lining up on offense-defense for nearly every play, unless TCU plays sloppy for another half.

Ummm.. what? The last time Oklahoma and Nebraska played was 13 year ago, and the rivalry died in the late 90s when the teams stopped playing each other every year

I don't care about the rivalry.

Nebraska's decline coincides almost exactly with Oklahoma's rise back to power (yes, there are some odd years here and there where both were good) in the early 2000s. The recruits Nebraska used to get in the 90s started going to Oklahoma instead.

So you believe that if OU is down and loses top recruits as a result, that these recruits would choose to flip to… Nebraska?

The landscape of college football recruiting has changed a bit since the 90’s. Hell, CFB recruiting from 2019 is almost unrecognizable in 2023 with the additions of the transfer portal and NIL alone.

I always thought Nebraska’s issue was facilities. Back then in the 1990s, they had cutting edge facilities. Now, everyone seems to have them. Nebraska is never going to be a place that anyone wants to live in long term. If they don’t have some kind of other edge, recruits won’t go there

Nerbaska Sheshbraska OHIO STATE~!!!!!!!!!!

We really killed Clemson's program and I could not be happier about it. Fuck them.

Living here in South Carolina, it's hard to describe how cathartic '20 was. I was in a crowded bar that ignominious night Watson and those fucks shut us out, slunk out before the 1st half was up. Watched us go up big then hopelessly crumble in '19.

For '20 I went to a quiet bar so I could watch without being annoyed by a bunch of assholes flaunting Clemson gear who couldn't even spell "college". We were a team possessed, especially after Dabo proclaimed we didn't deserve to be there. I still google that game just to ogle the score and cherish the memory.

Don't get me wrong, I really wanted to beat Bama in the Natty, but that was just icing on the cake after finally getting on the board against those frontrunning assholes.
