Because they can't. As has been pointed out in here, he won't even be in the NFL in a few years once the injuries and inconsistency breaks him down. If fans here know this, then surely other NFL team do too. This way Lamar gets to move on and get the market value he wants and gives the Ravens some picks for a horrible injury prone player who is about to fall apart.
