I too am looking for 15 million/ yearLaughable
You’ll take a one year, 6m deal based off name recognition alone and like that.Laughable
Jermaine Dye did something similar in baseball back in '09, he was coming off a solid year and an 11m/per salary, he thought the offers were low ball offers so he held out for a year and then just retired. Granted, what Dye did was a little silly as he left money on the table essentially, but OBJ plays in a sport where one hit can ruin the last 10-20-30 years of your life, he may feel playing for less than that isn't worth the physical risk since he's already made a good buck. You’ll take a one year, 6m deal based off name recognition alone and like that.
Smart man.
Pro Bowler Tyler Huntley!"Baltimore's QB"
Just doing the math...
Aaron Rodgers, Myles Garrett and others were *actively* and *publicly* requesting OBJ join their respective teams...
11, at least, teams showed up to his workout after 2 torn ACLs...
Numerous "better" WRs signed (for far less)...
A team without a franchise QB felt signing OBJ for above expected market value...
Maybe, just maybe, he's not the lockerroom cancer many claim he is.
