2023 NFL Off Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
How is youtube TV? I used to record the Browns game every week on Direct TV and my fear is that Youtube TV will be like Amazon Prime which is a shit show for me on Thursday nights.

I've been very happy with Youtube TV. I even convinced my parents to move off of Spectrum (they have two homes near Cleveland and near Canton, so were paying for two separate Spectrum subscriptions). We now share a Youtube TV with HBO subscription for three houses at $72 a month. We also all use Apple TV (I feel like the device is half the battle with some of the services, and I would rank Apple TV the highest out of the four I've used - Others being Roku, Google TV, Fire TV).

It takes some getting used to from a navigation standpoint (no channel numbers bugged my dad), but no issues with the actual service. DVR is nearly impossible to fill from a storage perspective, but you can't record one episode for example, just the title. I still have issues with Bally+ and Amazon Prime, and Youtube TV is miles ahead in comparison. I think they offer a two week free trial if you want to give it a go.

I have YouTube TV and love it. I also had an awful time with Amazon Prime on Thursday nights last year. Total goat rodeo. Neve had that issue in 5 years of YouTube TV.

Maybe I'm a glass half full guy, but this season I'll be living out of market, and I already have Youtube TV.

$249 is not a bad price at all for all the games.

Agreed. I used to watch the games at a sports bar every Sunday (no DTV), but have a one year old now so will be buying Sunday ticket and watching from home. Will end up saving money given my usual Sunday bar tab :chuckle:

The NFL is about to solve a huge problem:

Wild to see a former BGSU quarterback now owns the Commanders. Big stuff.

“And then we can talk” :chuckle:

Good luck asking the public to build billion dollar cash palaces for football teams that value at 6 billion+.
Why would anything change?

"Give me what I want or I take away the thing you enjoy" is still the same play today as it was in the past.

As long as some other city is willing to pay, that card is on the table.

Mahommes was so record breaking and already 5th, soon to not be top 10 What does a Mahommes deal look like when he opps out and still in his early 30's? Not really sure when that can happen, but could opt at some time

Honestly looking like a big mistake by him to sign such a long term deal. He could be making absolute bank in a couple of years otherwise.
