Naw, he's fine, he usually doesn't change a whole lot until June and he's almost always been better in the second half of the season as well... Though from a fans perspective, if you ain't an all-star with the bat, and cannot field, you shouldn't be here...

I wouldn't be sad if Tito started cleaning out his office slowly but surely. This season has been the worst of his tenure and we need a different direction.
Bell, Amed, the catchers, Straw all need reduced roles. Bo needs to be called up and let's start the full on youth development.
