Problem is that you don’t get those innings back. Through 22 games last year, pen was used for 83 innings and I remember people asking if Clase was over used early. If this game goes 9 inn, we are at 89.2 innings at least. This 6th highest bp usage entering today. Dodgers at 102 innings w extra 2 games.
