"Almost impossible" Soriano will back back with Nats

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
My poor Yankees...

im a front runner, right, ill put my nice lil birth certificate up saying where i am from. Newport, Rhode Island. which last i checked is in New England...i love how my teams always get brought into the conversation, i am more so a fan of individuals in basketball. i have never gotten hyped when a team has won the championship. i mostly root for the players i like.

Which changes every year. It was Boston, then who knows who was next, then Lebron, last season it was Gilbert Arenas in the playoffs...

What was Boston's payroll last year?

I think you're being called a front-running fraud, James...

Are you just going to take that ?

im flattered your interested in my history of players that i have liked, so ill go through them, i used to be a big David Robinson fan, Shaq fan when i was younger, when AI first came to the league, i liked watching AI play, I was a Tim Duncan fan because i liked him when he was in college and was glad to see him and Robinson win the championship, i used to have a Dino Radja jersey when i was in 2nd grade because he was awesome for one year i could keep going and going but i doubt anyone finds this interesting. i had always liked arenas but it was fun to play bad guy on here for a month because people were saying he was a bad player, and thats just an ignorant thing to say.

what was Bostons pay roll last year? i dunno, probably like $125-150 Million. how many games did ya win last year Mac? how many football games has your team won this year Mac? how many super bowls have you seen your team get to Mac? i have seen my team in the Super Bowl 4 times in my lifetime, and only saw them lose 1 of them.

i find it hillarious that being a Red Sox fan is suddenly a front runner...so i guess that would make everyone from New England frontrunners because our teams are good? doesnt make sense to me, being a Red Sox fan isnt easy at all, you get trash talked to death and get numbers thrown at you all the time at how many years its taken your team to win. the Red Sox sucked when i was a kid, and i remember hating it, how many more times you gonna bring it up about my teams mac? you act like im from california and rooting for the sox, thats where im from.

$125 million and they sat at home?

Pathetic.

Completely pathetic. The A's on paid in the 60 million range.

the A's have a system that they use, its in this book called "Money Ball" Billy Beane uses the "On Base Percentage" to analyze how good a hitter is, that is why they are good year in and year out. Its a very very good book and if you are into baseball i highly recomend it.

I work for a company who uses the same approach and is one of the biggest engineering firm in the US, so I know all about it.

And who are you to act like its hard to like the red sox fan. Try being a Cleveland fan, even a fan living outside of Cleveland.

yea thats another thing, they hire MIT grads to do all the math for these procedures.

then you should be able to sympatsize with me, because most people would call you a bandwagoner.

Most tortured sports city right now...Cleveland. Don't even say Boston or Chicago.

James they are not saying you are a fair weather fan because your a Sox fan, it's because you like Boston and the Cavs.

I am not taking sides in this.

You dont need MIT grads to look at stats, I could do all the math they do. Its all about percentages.

Im not going to sympathize with you. When the sox won the series all the boston fans were calling the Jim Rome show and talking this and that about how they havent won. BS. The celtics won 13 titles and the pats just won 3 super bowls. I have not sympothy for boston fans or chicago.

I believe that Soriano is going to sign a 5 year 85 million dollar deal with my Phils and will be our new LF.

especially if they can dump Burrell to the Giants - in moving Thome, Abreu and Burrell they should clear more than enough salary to make that work....

but in tying all their money up in one player - is that going to be a smart move in the long term....

& 13 million a year for 5 years - people are still going to think the Indians can affoard that - lol
