How 'bout Belly in this series? He tore it up offensively and defensively. That "dropped" ball that lead to the double play was awesome. Yesterday, he faked that throw to second and tagged out the runner and then tossed the ball to first for the double play (plus he had a bunch of other amazing put outs).This guy needs his option picked up for next season.

If this team actually does get into the playoffs (which looks more realistic with each day that goes by), they will go far, especially with their starting rotation and bullpen.

Heck, Hafner and Peralta are kinda' slumping, but it doesn't seem to matter.

I notice if the count is like 2-0 and he gets a fat curve or a fastball he doesn't swing he takes it for a strike, then when it's 2-2 he whiffs at a sweeping slider across the plate or a sinker in the dirt..if a fat pitch comes down broadway unless its 3-0 with 2 outs bases loaded or something then turn on it..they are all taking after casey blake idk wtf he is thinkin. Peralta needs to spend like 3 hours in the cages..
