Lamar threw 9 completions last week. Time to start including him in the elite passer category.
We don't need to mention the 3+ drops, but he was still incredibly efficient with ball placement and his legs.
Another elite performance, all things considered. Averaging over 7.7 yards per pass attempt this season. It's not YAC either, his Intented Air Yards/pass is 7th best in the league. They're using his legs and taking shots.
Baker, on the other hand, is ahead of only Miami's Josh Rosen with a -31% DVOA for the year.
On that note, how many of Baker’s INTs this season bounced off his WRs hands? Half?
Are drops or balls that go through the hands of the receivers part of that DVOA? Just wondering because we're talking drops to benefit Lamar again & not necessarily using apples-to-apples when presenting this Baker v. Lamar comparison.
DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average) calculates a team's success based on the down-and-distance of each play during the season, then calculates how much more or less successful each team is compared to the league average.

I think the breakdown goes something like this
3-4 were drops by his WRs
2 were tipped at the line
1 his WR gave up on (or something like that).
It basically came out to that 6-7 of his INTs were not his direct fault, and the other 4-5 were terrible throws/decisions.
It’s almost as if someone else had this take recently and it was laughed off...
the only ones i have seen are someone (i think you?) was kind enough to post 4 of the videos.x6 Awful Pass (Titans #1, Titans #2, Titans #3, Jets #4, 49ers #7, Seahawks #10)
