A few things stand out immediately.
In week 1, the Browns ran a 3 step drop on 31% of their dropbacks. In week 2, that number was down to just 17% with the 3 step drops from under center being eliminated completely.
In week 1, the Browns moved the pocket just 2% of the time (1/48). In week 2, they moved the pocket 29% of the time (7/24).
Score and situation obviously play a big factor in this, but the Browns ran play action just 17% of the time in week 1, compared to 42% of the time in week 2.
The Browns have not been a heavy screen team yet this year, running just 3 in 72 dropbacks.
The Browns have not run a single play action out of the shotgun in two games.
The Browns have only run the ball out of shotgun 18% of the time and have gained 4.4 YPC on those runs. They're gaining 6.6 YPC on runs from under center.
