(Truly) Healthy Courtney Brown, I think we saw that version of him for only three games in 2001. He was a beast in that Bears game.If we're looking offensive line, I think Tretter to Mack is a bigger upgrade for this offense than Wills to Thomas. A lot of that comes with how much I value run blocking in our scheme, and just how good of a zone blocking center Mack was. Can we request a healthy LeCharles Bentley?
There isn't a QB.
On the DL, it's hard to want a Courtney Brown, Gerard Warren, Ted Washington, Willie McGinnest... I guess Shaun Rogers is the top contender to play DT?
At linebacker, doesn't matter.
In the secondary, I guess it has to be Haden.
At the offensive skill positions, no running backs. I might actually say Braylon Edwards is the best receiver to add... his size and skillset is something we don't really have right now. Josh Gordon runs slants and posts out of the X... OBJ does that just as well, plus more.
But, when I look at possibly the weakest starting position on this roster, Kellen Winslow becomes really tempting... as unpopular as that sounds, he would be fun to watch on this team...
I think I have to go with Joe Haden. The secondary is just too juicy with him in the mix. We likely have the best secondary in football.
Man, that Couch team had to whiff on a lot of high picks to not have been better than one 9-7 season. Warren started out so promising. He had a great rookie season.
