Maybe it says more about the people who can't take someone being outspoken or having any opinion other than their own? Just a hunch.

Agreed. I get essential workers are out there risking things with Covid, but these guys are millionaires with options, their opinions should be stated and heard. Glad to hear the Browns are doing a good job with their facilities, hopefully the execution in 2 months is better than baseballs, because they have been piss poor. NBA is the gold standard so far on Covid and I don't see how there are fans, but other than that the players need to take this stuff seriously.

Browns placed S Karl Joseph (foot) on the active/PUP list.
Joseph underwent offseason foot surgery but is still expected to be ready for Cleveland's season opener. He was signed to a one-year, $2.5 million contract in the spring.

ESPN's Dan Graziano reports the the NFL's deadline for players opting out of the 2020 season is now expected to be "Thursday or Friday."
It appears the NFLPA will agree to shorten the seven-day window between contractual agreement and deadline in exchange for "some concessions on final language." That's an important note since there are still reportedly a number of players waiting to exercise their opt outs pending that language. Expect fantasy rankings to adjust well into mid-August. In the meantime, all decisions (and fallout) from the players can be monitored in our Opt-Out Tracker through the deadline.

It isn't easy for lots of people to be outspoken right about now without losing their jobs, being harassed, etc.
