If he was only as good at dodging defenders as he was that question, Keenum would still be a starter in the NFL

If the Plain Dealer is too broke to scout out any new writing talent for two decades, who else is going to call out Mary Kay for phoning it in? She has used the same standard "maybe there will be a quarterback controversy" line of questioning in the spring since Spergyn Wynn.

Wait — Ted Ginn is still playing!?

I know b00bie mentioned Demarcus Robinson at one point before he got himself banned (again :chuckle: ). Wonder if the browns would consider signing him. Would be a nice deep threat on the outside.

I mean, to be fair... we had a quarterback controversy every year between 2003-2019. Last year was the first time there wasn’t... can’t blame her too much for that question.

But yeah, I think her and Grossi are the worst of the worst.

"No question, being in a position that is dependent upon getting balls from the quarterback, it was definitely a part of the process for me," Hooper said Tuesday, via The Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot. "Playing against Baker Mayfield live, seeing his arm and seeing his competitive spirit and the way he rallies the guys around him, that is what sold me on him before I was obviously a free agent.

"To be able to switch teams and have a guy who's just as good [as Henry] and be able to have an opportunity to go win that record again next year, that's my goal," Conklin said, via the Akron Beacon Journal. "I want to help us get there and help Chubb reach that goal and win that."

are we not doing phrasing anymore?
