Levert and Sexton are redundant talents. No way Cavs keep Sexton after this dealSo we chose Sexton and Windler ( and Pangos I suppose) over this year's picks..
Levert can be flexed to forward or Sexton can play point while on the court together. They have the cap space to retain him and he vocally committed to playing off-ball more. Would imagine Levert would be open to playing off-ball at times too. Defensively not a great fit, but our bigs really help as a safety net for awkward lineups on defense.Koby going for it.
Levert has another year on his deal at 18 mill. How is this not the end for Sexton here?
So there is another shoe to drop? Color me skeptical..Levert and Sexton are redundant talents. No way Cavs keep Sexton after this deal
Would rather it be the shittier second round picks. Houstons is basically another late first and one less valuable asset if it was moved in this deal.Worth seeing which second rounders -- if it is Houstons + SA's, I will be annoyed.. those are both really good 2nd rounders. If it is SA's and ours, then I guess it is better.
Fuck it was moved. That Miami pick really isn't shit either. Oh well, cost of doing businessWould rather it be the shittier second round picks. Houstons is basically another late first and one less valuable asset if it was moved in this deal.

A first and two seconds - isn’t that a lot?
Agreed. I’d argue the Cavs overpaid slightly for LeVert. He should be instant offense off the bench. I expect a trade involving Sexton next.Levert and Sexton are redundant talents. No way Cavs keep Sexton after this deal
