· Dating back to the start of the 2006 Playoffs, the Cavaliers have won five of the seven meetings against the Wizards in Washington.
· The Cavaliers have won three of their last four road “close-out” games including each of the last two meetings at Washington (Game 4 in 2007 and Game 6 in 2006).
· LeBron James has posted back-to-back games with at least 34 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists in each game. He became just the fourth player in NBA playoff history and the the first since Larry Bird (May 11-13, 1984) to post at least those number in consecutive playoff games. Oscar Robertson (April 6-7, 1963) and Dolph Schayes (March 29-April 1, 1959) are the only other players to record those numbers.
· Zydrunas Ilgauskas has averaged 15.0 points on .526 shooting and 7.4 rebounds per game in the series. He has scored 16 or more points in three of the five games.
· The Cavaliers have made nine or more three-pointers in three of the five games in the series. Cleveland has averaged 11.0 three-pointers per game in the last two games.
· The Cavaliers have won the battle of the boards in all five games of the series and have out-rebounded the Wizards 224-182 in the series. Dating back to the 2007 Playoffs, the Cavs have out-rebounded the Wizards in nine straight games.
