LOL

This might be the most absurd line of all time.

I don't think you watch a lot of west coast games..... that's okay. Lillard and McCollum would easily be the best backcourt duo of those three teams. Shit on Aminu and Harkless all you want but they're better than DeMarre Carroll and whatever shit bags Atlanta throws out there at SF.

I stand by what I said, Portland would beat Toronto in a seven game series. I think you're criminally underrating how good the West is and how terrible the East is. Did you watch any Eastern Conference games other than the Cavs? It was terribly awful basketball.
the only reason Portland got out of the first round is the clippers two best players got hurt and thier third best player was playing at 70 percent. But my question is who gives a damn about Portland vs Detroit. It has nothing to do with the finals. If you think Portland would have made it to the ECF you are def in the minority. But at the end of the day who cares.

Even if I didn't agree with any of it, thanks for editing in more than LOL.

Lillard/McCollum is one of the best backcourts in the league, but it's not "easily" better than Lowry/DeRozan, if at all.

And really? LOLing at a post while simultaneously calling Kyle Korver worthless is hilarious. He isn't a shitbag, he'd be Portland's third best player.

We're obviously on different ends on the spectrum here. I think the East was the stronger conference this year, and think the Eastern Conference champion is winning the title. Judging by some of your posts, you disagree.

Can't wait to see who's wrong.

In the finals last year, Golden State was able to actually gameplan and scheme to shut down JR Smith. They don't have that luxury this year with everyone healthy. JR will be able to do what he does, which is bridge the gap during spurts where our other guys don't have it going and keep us afloat. Don't ever forget that we too have a shooter that can frustrate and demoralize the other team by making absurd 'bad' shots. I think he and Klay will battle and be close to a draw by series end... which would be a big win for the team.

I know nobody wants to hear this. Okc lost it more than golden state won it.
The only games that were absolutely dominated were all by OKC. The nerds mostly won in close fashion despite having a massive 3 point advantage this series

If the Thunder had just one reliable wing to shoot the 3 that's who we'd be playing

I'm just going to go ahead and say it: Joe Johnson is such an idiot

One of the main keys to this series, IMO, would be making Curry work on D.
PnR them to death until you get the right switch and make Curry guard LeBron. Either he gives up buckets, or he overworks himself on D which will hurt his offense.
If they don't switch, wait for the little daylight you get from Curry trying to run over screens to attack. Also, him running around screens will also exhaust him.
If he's guarding JR, make JR run around the whole arena, getting multiple screens.

Just fuck with Curry on D. He is the weakest link and it will either open up shots or exhaust him.

(obviously more keys to the game, but I think this point gets ignored usually)
This is something I have told people around me..no team ever makes Curry exhaust himself on defense..run him into screens ,go right at him ..same thing with Thompson.

On a side note, I've been feverishly reading Cavs reddit, and it's funny to see Raptors, Lakers, OKC, even BULLS fans and other assorted, admitted "LeBron Haters" rooting for the Cavs. We're the new Mavs. Let's hope it ends the same way.

This is repeat of Duke v UNLV in the 90s and we know how much LeBron loves Duke.

Just got done reading a thread that's on the front page of Reddit regarding Green pulling Adams down by the arm.. while not everyone shares the Cavs fans passionate hatred of Curry, the hate for Green is now universal. The entire basketball world outside of W's "fans" seems to be rooting for the Cavs. It's an odd feeling, but all because of one single dude.

I mean who isn't licking their chops here? We are going to have an argument as the greatest team of all time after we win, have ended a 52 year drought, and solidify LeBron as the 2nd best player of all time. Why would you want to dodge the Warriors? I want blood. It's on.
