Cavs vs Wiztards 12:30pm Saturday Game #1

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
did nick young even see the floor. i mean i could see if deshawn was having a good defensive outing, but after the wizards initial fouling spree, lebron just did what he wanted whenever we actually got him the ball. butler is underrated. jamison was great. arenas disappeared in the fourth, and stevenson flat out sucked everywhere on the floor.

i'm a big fan of the lineup that includes joe,z,gibson, lebron and west at the end. i was beginning to hope they'd sit Andy after those missed drives through the lane.

Wally played good defense while he was in the game and he hustled...if he finds his shot next game watch out.

What are you talk about Wally? He put Butler in his pocket.....He need to continue starting....

Sorry, bud, Wally's not gonna see so many minutes if he can't knock down open shots and Gibson keeps getting his form back. He did a decent job on Butler, at best, and I give him credit for playing hard like he always does. He might start, but he'll finish games where he was today unless we need a 3.

On another note, can someone PLEASE plant some kind of device in Andy that shocks him everytime he wants to make some kind of ball-on-the-floor move?

He will find his shoot......I am so pleased how he played D on Butler today....We lead now 1-0....

Hold up man, Big Ben was getting it done.
No he wasn't.

He was getting beat to a ton of easy boards because the Wiz were quicker or outjumped him. On defense he couldn't handle Jamison

Mike Brown saw the same thing and didn't play Wallace in the 4th. Although not before he went with that stupid AV/BW lineup which cost us a lead

Ben Wallace didn't play in the 4th due to the potential of Hack-A-Ben...

Butler disappeared, Arenas can't explode off the dribble, Jamison chucked up lousy shots, and when the talk stopped and the game was on the line, LeBron owned them again. Simple stuff. Wizards are better on paper, but games are won on the court.

Mooooooooooooooooo

Personally I think wally did a pretty dang good job on butler on defense. His shot didn't fall but no ones really did. Are you really expecting him to miss open shots all series im not and when he does we will blow the wizards out. CAVS IN 5

That has never stopped Mike Brown before.

Plus they could have always gone to Hack-a-Bron :chuckles:

Now I know why they hate us so much. They have just as much as, if not more talent. They play us tight. AND WE STILL FIND A WAY TO BEAT THEM AGAIN.

They threw their absolute best out there at us. Arenas and Jamison were excellent. Haywood had one of the better games he's going to have. They bottled up James for most of the 4th. They turned a five point deficit into a 4 point lead going into the 4th.

AND WE STILL BEAT THEM.

We are in their heads. As flawed as we are, I can't see us losing to Washington.

I see it finishing this way:

Another close W on Monday in a game that can go either way.

In Washington, they are going to be on one game and kick the shit out of us one game (or we might just not "show up" like we tend to do).

We win a close one in Washington and close them out in 5.

They'll be talking about how close the series was and how they should have won, but the bottom line is that we find a way at the end.

Win on Monday, Cavs in 5

Lose on Monday, Cavs in 7

The Wiz can't beat us.

He had a very good 2nd quarter but otherwise sucked (it would be great if he played at that level all the time). But of course since Wally has the fierce look and hustles Wally will always be God no matter how he plays

And btw the post you quoted I wrote was about Wallace

–Wally Szczerbiak had a strong half, he missed a few open shots but he battled Caron Butler at the defensive end and he made a few baskets and drove strong to the hoop.
from bw. I thought wally did great aside from going 2-10 hahaha. But the real story here is daniel ****ing gibson. welcome home baby who in their right mind though the cold blooded killer would not be on for the playoffs. =)

I mean hes a lot better option than starting devin brown at least wally is an offensive threat who can go off at any moment (end of bobcats game, strecth vs the pistons etc)

Meh: the fact of the matter is none of the Wonder boys at SG such as Wally, Brown, or Sasha are good. We had to hope and pray Boobie would get back to form. Now that it looks like he has we can go with West and Boobie till teams figure out away to get them into the post
