What option was in play that would have been worse than Felton getting an easy layup or two frebies at the line every time down the court ? The decision is obvious, force the ball out of his hands and make one of the players standing around watching the Ray Felton show, that didn't want any part of taking a clutch shot ....TAKE THE SHOTS !!

I'm sorry, I'm pi$$ed off ...This is an EASY COACHING DECISION ..one that was laid out for all to see and he NEVER ONCE EVEN TRIED ANYTHING.

Just horrific in-game coaching ...or lack of coaching is the better terminology.

It's tough to win any game, especially playoff games when your coach isn't capable of making adjustments necassary to win games. I mean in a playoff series all the players are completley gameplanned ....it's all game management and adjustments come playoff time, and if Mike Brown is still at this level of development after 66 games ....we're gonna get steamrolled by any competantly run team in the playoffs. The opposition will simply coach circles around this guy ...

I waited til now to really make any real assessment on the guy, but, this game tonight was a HUGE RED FLAG for me.

I'm agreeing with ya, just trying to rationalize why Brown didn't go to it for some reason

we talk alot about second half adjustments, but i was wondering about something else: what about our record versus teams the second time we have played them (or more)? That way we see how the coaching carried over, to some degree other than "the cavs suck in the third" or "we are just plain outcoached." I am not siding with coach brown by any means, just wondering if this would help in his assessment.
go cavs.
great win, no matter how ugly.

Apparently if you call his show and ask him these questions, he gives it some thought... It worked this week with the momentum timeouts...

Someone needs to ask about getting the ball out of someone's hands..

Wow what a game!!! We really gotta keep Flip, hes simply amazing! Most assume Larry will jump right back in the starting lineup when he's healthy, noooooo he's gotta earn it back from the mighty SuperFlip. Flip we'd love you as our scoring starting PG!!!!! Forgettabout positions we lack, needs of the team, give me ballplayers! Flip is a STUD! Hope he likes it in C-Town!!!!!!!!

Wine & Gold and others bring up good points about "coach" Brown. Luckily Flip and LeBron saved his ass tonite, cant count on heroics like this in the playoffs!!!
