While Baker was practicing, the limited video footage still seemed to see Baker compensating for that shoulder and holding it in a way where you can tell it's still bothering him when he throws..
He has to play hurt the rest of the year, but at this point the more time he can heal the better..
My fear is one bad hit and you're back to ground zero where perhaps some more rest can help it heal just enough..
