One was that Kokinis was fucking Mangini's personal assistant, who Mangini considered like a sister to him.

Another was that Kokinis took a shit on Randy Lerner's desk.

Another was that Kokinis, who was verbally promised control of the 53 and ended up not getting it in his actual contract, routinely got shitfaced drunk at the office.

Kokinis went right back to the Ravens, and is still the co-Director of Pro Personnel. Maybe he went to rehab after leaving here, found Jesus, etc and got his life quickly back in order, but he seems to have been pretty productive as a professional both prior to and after leaving Berea. I think the first two sentences you posted are most likely, and he probably checked out after he was sidelined by Mangini.
