Coached under Brandon Staley with the Rams and then became the passing game coordinator and secondary coach for their Super Bowl run last season. Has the Denver unit playing a very high level this season.

There was an article a couple weeks ago where DC candidates were outlined. Under Evero, he was listed as someone that adapts his defense to his players best skills and someone that's well liked by everyone. I knew nothing about him until that article (pretty sure someone posted it here), but those 2 traits are probably highest on my wishlist; aside from the obvious intelligence, success, etc.
