Maybe if you live in a tiki hut you built without any electricity or heat, were fine being uninsured and made sure you never had any health issues, and were fine pretty much never traveling or vacationing or having any kids(That being said though honestly, if you can control yourself, you can easily live off of a million dollars in a lifetime so to me they get plenty as it is).
This is what I always say when it comes to BauerIssue with taking on Bauer when we traded for him was he is his own entity. He's way different, which is why he was so intriguing as a prospect. But it also meant the odds of him sticking with the Indians past his original contract were near non-existent.
Indians Twitter is a funny read. Fans are not happy about our 5-9 in the order.
Fans are not happy about the bullpen after Hand.
It feels like 2016 was forever ago.

A million dollars over a 75 year span is around $13,000/year in today's dollars
Throw in inflation and there's no way you can make it through a lifetime with only a million dollars if that's the only inflow you ever have. Or, you could, but you'd be living in extreme poverty or much more likely you'd exhaust that money far sooner than you'd die
I must have missed the point where you only live as long as you work! What??!?
They may have to get a day job?
And how many peeps work 75 years ROFL
I am sure if I had 1 mil at any one point in my life things would work

I was pretty clear with my point. If the only inflow you ever get is 1 million dollars it would not last you a lifetime.
The Indians better not give the Yankees Kluber or Bauer.Simply a thought ..
Yankees want to upgrade Gray and Arenado is but a year away
How about Kluber or Bauer for Frazier andujar and gray plus
If we're going to meet the Yanks in the playoffs, I kinda hope they do trade him there. The Indians better not give the Yankees Kluber or Bauer.
I stumbled on a blog called Diamond Digest. They writer proposed five trades for Corey Kluber. Here they are to discuss.
1. Kluber to Milwaukee for OF Corey Ray (Brewer #2), RHP Trey Supak (#13) Outfielder Tristan Lutz (#5) My vote - Big NO.
2 Kluber and Kipnis to Cincinnati for OF Matt Kemp, 2B Scooter Gennett, LHP Jacob Heatherly (#17) and Taylor Trammel (Reds #2 MLB #17)
My vote - NO - 2 rentals
3. Kluber to LA Dodgers for OF Alex Verdugo (Dodgers #1 MLB #32), RHP Dennis Santana (#6), and OF Sterling Heredia (#26)
MY Vote - No need better 3rd piece.
4. Kluber to San Diego for MacKenzie Gore (Padres #2 MLB #13), OF Manuel Margot, and OF Edward Olivares (#28)
My Vote - No (but closer) need better 3rd piece.
5 Kluber to Phillies for RHP Sixto Sanchez (Phillies #1 MLB #21) OF Mickey Moniak (#6) and RHP David Parkinson (#19)
My Vote - No lacks MLB outfielder
What are your thoughts?
No on all of them. If that's Kluber's value, here's more valuable to keep than to trade for any of those packages. I need at least one sure thing in any deal for Kluber.
