I’m not on the fire Woods train. I’ll take continuity and give him a shot with a legitimate defensive roster.

Woods had a plan, and it was toast immediately. Originally, he was going to move Delpit all over the place - strong safety, free safety, and linebacker.

The defensive plan afterward had nothing to do with any of Woods plans - figure out how many starting level players are actually in uniform, and mask how bad everyone else is going to be.

Give this guy some talent before his head ends up on the chopping block. Execution was the problem today, and all season... not crazy mistakes by defensive coaches.

The Browns almost beat the defending champs in the division round with only 1 guy (Ward) that would be a starter on any other team in the league. Address the LBs and DBs for next year, and the team is in business.
Whomst would Garrett not start for?

Curb-stomping Pittsburgh in the playoffs made this season a success regardless of what happened today. This team should be more talented next year than they are this year, and their defense certainly can't be worse.
One of my favorite parts of that win is that when everyone quotes pig Pen’s regular season record against the Browns I’m always just gonna say 0-1 when it mattered most

So fucking sweet

Another depth receiver is fine, but I would not consider that a priority. You can get a cheap free agent that fits what we want for cheap. We are not going to have a flawless roster with impeccable depth.

Defense, especially the back 7, needs to be the priority for us. Get a playmaker or two, get an average player or two that can do their job, I bet we notice a difference.

Its hard to complain with the results, but in games i felt the browns should lean on the run... they never did.

But I also wanted Rosen over Baker so my opinion isnt very reliable. Lol.

The only reason why WR is even a consideration at all is because there are so many good ones available in this upcoming draft.

But obviously we need to prioritize every single position on defense, followed by o-line depth.

Browns should be getting 3-4 guards back that sat out this year. The oline is in a good place.

Hubbard blew his knee out, Lamm proved that Hance is better. I'll give you credit on Andrew Forbes, I think he would have been the third guard this season.

Pridgeon and Dorbeck have never taken an NFL snap. Gossett played in five games as an emergency fill in back on 2018, that's it.

Quantity doesn't equal quality.

First priority is fix the secondary.

The 2nd is get some legitimate deep threats. Browns desperately need a deep threat, and cannot count on OBJ.
We need speed. I think OBJ coming back helps, but rather it’s trading for someone like Cooks or drafting a receiver, the Browns need to get another.

Browns are getting into a position where they need to be smart about drafting. They will soon be capped out with re-signing guys and will need to draft players with that the goal of cheaply filling holes for 4-5 year periods.

Pridgeon and Dorbeck are some elite names though, you’ve got to give them that. Especially Pridgeon. That is special Dr. Steve Brule shit

I forced my wife to watch all three hours of Magnolia last night. She had never seen it. Dr. Stephen Brule as a dramatic lead role, romantic interest included.

Magnificent.
