Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Damn. How do you get them prescribed for just a few bucks a month? Just thru general practitioner? I used Keeps, I assumed it was more expensive than generic / GP but I was paying like 50 a month for min + fin.

Tbqh the side effect I was worried about was a diminished ability to "stand at attention" and I read that there's potential for long term effects on being able to "stand at attention". So I quit. That and the money. But I was also generally at a high level of stress mentally and physically, cutting weight and eating very low fat diet, all of which can make things not work so well.

Saw the same stuff. Theres a comprehensive study that addresses all studies regarding the side effects that I can dig up if you want that extra peace of mind, but promise, it's 1.8. prozac gives me the same issue, thought I'd be susceptible and I'm fine.

Study also says that stopping treatment returns everything back to normal. Cases where it didn't is nocebo phenomenon

If you want dutasteride, medicalwellnesscenter.com is like 75 for the "visit", covers a refill, and your two fills cover for a year. I think the meds are 7 a month

Minoxidil is super cheap at Costco etc

If you want to try ru58841, I recommend a little research first, but essentially you aren't ingesting anything so no issue with those type of sides you're read about. Others have reported other issues though. I've got no issues so far with it. You mix it with your minoxidil and apply daily. Moreplatesmoredates.com swears by it.

You had me at moreplatesmoredates. If Derek told me rat poison was a safe and effective way to grow delts I'd believe him.

I've probably got three months worth of fin + min so I'll give it another shot.

I am a workout maniac, but have worked out twice in the past week because of fatigue and lack of motivation. I usually workout 4 hours a day with cardio and weights, but as I say I've hit a wall. Anyone know any programs for lifting I can follow? I still plan to work my cardio in with mma classes 3x a week, but would like to lift in the mean time.

I think it's too much and you'll burn out from that

I want to learn to fight better so how do I do that and lift weights?
If you're doing that much mma cut the cardio.

Per weights you really only need an hour a day on lift days. Do 4 or 5 days a week.

Learn to fight, consider this a cut while you do so. You're not going to be lifting to get bigger, you're going to be lifting to maintain your muscle.im not saying don't go as hard, but you need less of you're just maintaining. You still need to lift and you need to make sure you're getting you're protein or you're losing a significant amount of muscle

When it comes to diet....is there any one of those subscription meal plans you all recommend? Long story short, my wife and I are expecting a child in September so we want to be eating healthy but also not have to worry about going to the grocery store every week. She had a great idea to use one of the promos for whatever one we get an ad for next but wanted to see if there is anything you all have used? Thinking of doing a couple for back to back months and abusing the promo code/reduced price for as long as possibe.

Hello Fresh has some wild entry promos and is pretty damned tasty.

Can tinker with some unforseen recipes you will come to love, so long as the two of you are already decent in the kitchen. Nothing is overwhelming or way complex.

Can't say I have used any subscription meal plans, but one thing I did before my daughter was born was prepare a ton of freezer meals - made like six lasagnas, hearty soups, stews etc etc. Highly recommended for the days you can't be assed to prepare food but also don't want to rely on takeout or delivery.

I've list about 11 lbs on the last month. My weight is very easy to fluctuate. If I eat a ton and lift I cn gain weight easy. If I eat less, lift less and run less it will come off easy. Going to keep trying to lose lbs as much as I need to to get ripped. I'm at 226 now. Was at my heaviest of 237 last month. Of course I'm weaker now though. Can barely bench 285.

We use hellofresh and homechef, most of the meals are done in 30-40 minutes.

I think it’s home chef that will also offer some quicker meals.

Is a testosterone booster beneficial? Don't know much about them. Just ordered some creatine and whey to mix together after my workouts

Currently weigh 250 benching 350, very muscular build. Tips on clothes that might fit better please.
