Just finished watching that JJ Redick podcast with Mitchell.

It's great to have a guy that actually embodies the Mamba Mentality in his play and work ethic: takes losing personally, wants to improve in every way he can, and criticism motivates him. He says he would've liked to run it back in Utah. But with the way he talks, I get the sense he didn't want to be there anymore and felt the team's ceiling was capped no matter how much he improved. We're seeing a Mitchell who no longer believes that with this Cavs team and it's helping him take it to the next level.

Another thing he mentioned was he's building a dream home in New York. So whether it's for retirement or some other time, his eventual destination is New York. Who knows though. For a guy with his money, a trip to New York is like a walk down the street.

yea hes carrying this squad right now with his new sidekick garland. I am pretty disappointed in mobley offensively but he is protecting the rim at least.

Great game against the Lakers. He really has the knack for scoring exactly when we need it.

Garland was only 3-9 from 3, but ended up 24-4-7.
