Mobley still has a long way to go offensively and the coaches need to completely rebuild his free throw shooting form...but with that said, it was cool seeing him at least attempt to put the team on his back last night. He hasn’t put it all together yet, but with another year and a half of seasoning he’ll be such a force and a potential MVP candidate.

He really needs to get that high dribble under control in the offseason.

Obviously he's f'in fantastic even if he wasn't only 20 years old and I'm just nitpicking but I cringe most times he dribbles.

His tendency that gets him in trouble is multiple dribbles in traffic.

He needs to get to the Dream Shake school this off-season.

Hakeem was so unstoppable because he limited TO opportunities for the defense.

Dream shake. Face up and shoot. Cut, catch and quick shot. One power dribble repertoire.

Hakeem rarely ever put the ball on the floor more than one time in traffic.

Mobley needs to break the tendency of trying to dribble simply to release pressure and instead learn how to make more decisive 1 or no dribble moves.

I'm not gonna lie, @ the time of the draft I thought Mobley was gonna be the next Anthony Randolph. They're both tall skinny power forwards who are better suited for the perimeter.

It's why I don't have a job in the NBA. Thanks Koby for gifting this franchise such an amazing talent. Mobley is probably the best prospect the NBA has seen since LeBron James.

My thoughts were Brad Sellers

I’m right there with ya. Randolph was my comp too in terms of what I was afraid he could be….

His IQ is just off the charts tho for his age…

There’s literally no rhyme or reason to it… Jalen Green scoring ability was being compared to KD’s scoring ability….

Some things you don't know until they play.

IQ is a hard thing to tell, but he's got it. He knows where he should be and where the ball should be.

He's smarter than probably 80% of the players on the team currently.

Coaching needs to simplify Mobley's approach on offense. I get that giving him isolation and letting him go to work will accelerate his offense but this is not good basketball. I hope he goes back taking corner 3's and getting possessions on the move/off the pick n roll. Giving him opportunities like one dribble pull up, counter with a spin and a jab-step shot in midrange would be better than a five dribble isolation that almost always leads to a turnover. He has such a high release that it is almost unblockable. Keep it simple for the rookie.

I'm not surprised that a rookie big with a loose-dribble is suddenly having lots of problems when we've lost all our 3PT shooting and teams just crowd the paint. He's not a bulldozer and a finesse game is hard when there are 3 guys within 8 feet of you.

I expect his efficiency to come back up once Garland and Markkanen get back in the lineup and he gains some room to operate.
