If the Cavs wanted to win right away, he was my #1 choice.. So to see him go off the board while the Cavs are meddling with the Celtics, is hard to see…

Not to mention we’ve already seen Jordi go off the board, and Charles Lee get hired today — two awesome candidates in their own right..

I all of a sudden don’t feel too good about this search…

The Billups connection with Gilbert scares the shit out of me (if he gets canned).

Yeah, I'm no JBB supporter, but Chauncey is just wow-bad; he isn't even a motivator. I watched Portland's offense against OKC a bit this season, and it was even worse than the Cavs. Every single guy went one-on-one, and I don't even think I saw a basic high PnR.
 
After Koby get fired, Bob Myers decides to take the President of Basketball Operations position and brings in Kenny Atkinson. At least that's my fantasy at this point haha

That means we'll end up with the two VanGundy's as co-president's and Mark Jackson as HC
 
gotta credit the existence of this thread alone for the result of game 2. what else could possibly explain what we just saw? :chuckle:
 
I'd put mike gerrity in the pool, he did a good job in the charge
