The guy has not looked any less overwhelmed since week 1. If I'm Dorsey, I'm getting Freddie and Monken in a room and telling Freddie that he's done calling plays and needs to focus on being a head coach the rest of the way.

I thought the same thing before but now I'm not even sure he handle that responsibility with any capability.

The guy seems to be completely clueless when it comes to utilizing the most talented playmakers on the team. He has Baker so fucked up he won't even look for Odell unless Freddie's play is designed specifically to go there. Freddie and Baker would rather force the ball into double coverage than go to an open Odell who was single covered? Then Freddie blows smoke up everyone's asses talking about how "coverage dictates" that they refuse to utilize the best receiver on the roster. Just shut the fuck up Freddie, you're sounding dumber and dumber the more you talk.

Don't even get me started on leaving Chubb on the sidelines for critical sets of plays in critical situations. "Hilliard is our 3rd down guy? GMAFB.

At this particular moment I would be open to firing Freddie and bringing back Greggggg, right this minute.

Here’s the bottom line: it’s been a team effort to lose this many games, and that’s a coaching problem. We find a way to lose.

We get gashed one game where Baker is decent, another game we have 3 turnovers in 3 plays, many games we have crucial penalties, we are playing from behind, we don’t get the ball to our best players, several game management blunders, bad throws. The list is incredible.... these are the opposite issues that good teams have. Good teams just find a way to win.

Kitchens could right the ship. It’s possible it slows down for him. We need that fire back from Mayfield, a player’s only meeting, and we have to fucking win a game already. A slump buster. Guys need to play loose and make big plays and have some fun. It’s a long shot but maybe we’ll get it done here to end the year on a high note.

It will be enough to convince them that Freddie has "figured it out" and they'll give him one more year. Baker will be forced to have his 4th head coach in 4 years the year after that and struggle. We'll then trade him for a 6th rounder to the Patriots and he'll blossom into their franchise QB for the next 10 years.
