I doubt most people are upset over the t-shirt. I think it’s funny too.

But if you want an answer as to why the players seem to feel that it’s acceptable to play in an unprofessional manner on the field, look no further than the coach that’s wearing the shirt that assigns blame to another team for a fight they took part in on the week they’re about to play them and then immediately walks it back.

Freddie is probably your answer. And even if he wasn’t, little events like this don’t make it easier to back him up from the front office. It makes it harder.

When things like this happen, do this:

Think of who the best coaches are in a sport and imagine whether they would do that thing you’re questioning. If you can’t, then it’s probably not the right thing. And if it happens repeatedly, the coach will end up fired soon.

You can really apply the same thing to all leaders on a team. Those things certainly have changed with gen x coaches and players and now gen z players as opposed to gen x and boomer players and coaches but it applies consistently.

Not at all surprised the teams has discipline issues. Now Randall not even traveling to Pittsburgh, coaches decision. If coach is going to act like an idiot so will the players.
Going to go out on a limb and say that we are seeing why GB was so willing to trade Randall for a flyer on a QB prospect.

Wearing that Pittsburgh Started It shirt and getting your picture taken in it looks even more moronic now.

Only four games left until we can launch this coaching staff into Lake Erie.

Why wait?

I sincerely think if he hasn’t been fired by this point, they’re going to give him until the end of the season.

The Browns still have a minuscule shot at the playoffs, after all.

He’s done and the offensive line is done too.

idc what anyone has to say. They’re both the main things holding this team back from being great. No excuse.

Wilks and Freddie are an absolute joke.

I have to think Kitchens is gone at the end of the season. We suck bad enough to fail to win against the 3rd string Steelers. That's clearly on Kitchens and the coaching staff.

While I'm on the subject of the coaching staff... Does anyone on the defensive side of the ball EVER tell our DBs to look back for the ball when they think the ball is coming? I don't think so. because if they did, our DBs are running hip to hip with receivers and if they turned their fucking heads they'd be in position for easy interceptions.

Wilks is trash. If firing Kitchens means both Wilks and Monken are gone, then good riddance to all of them.
