Game 13 | Cavaliers vs Hawks Nov. 22nd, 7:30PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Of course help is needed in any defense. I am tired of these types of statements. Its all about rotations and help in the NBA since the rules have swayed to the offense (ie handchecking). Certain players get free passes for being physical like Artest and Bowen but the majority like West do not get free passes, therefore help is needed for west just like most.

But we can't help against the Lakers. To many weapons. we can posssibly help against the Rockets but then that leaves Yao (if he gets there without falling apart).

I like LeBron's dagger dunks a lot better than his dagger (dream) 3's with 3-5 mins left in the game. Maybe when he gets away from throwing up those early in the shot clock dagger attempts and drives instead I'll be more confident they're developing a killer instinct. At least tonight he only took one then went back to driving and dishing.

Cavs playing their next four games in five days.<<<<<<<<

Mo played great no turnovers in 37 min, with 23 points, 4 assists, and 5 rebounds.

We paly 5 in 4? Shit gonna be tough. We should hopefully be 3-1 in the 4. If we win all four that just helps the record.

All 4 of those games are very winnable.

@NY is a win; the team will have some growing pains with all these new players.

OKC is a win: we're at home vs a 1-12 team...

GS probably a win: We're starting to get tired here, but its at home off a day's rest.

@MIL is likely a win: I'd be most worried about this one since its at the end of a long stretch and away against a decent team. If we're the team we think we are we should be able to stay strong on the road however.

I agree. MIL is decent at home, that won't be an easy game at all. Especially if Redd is back.

The GS game scares me a bit because they have Jamal Crawford now who plays like MJ in his prime against the Cavs. Also either Stephen Jackson or Maggette will be playing SG which is a real tough matchup for Delonte.

I could see us losing those games, but more likely 3-1 over that stretch

Guys being critical of Delonte, did you watch the game? Yes we have great help defense. What else is new? Did you hear that even during the game while it was happening the announcers were saying how good Delonte's D was? Who is the coach praising in his postgame comments?

He is also praising Wally's rebounding!(6)

You can learn a lot from listening to MB.

Delonte is really been our silencer on the wing. If there is PG penetration, Delonte goes into the game and ends their heat. He is holding up very well to the likes of Vince Carter and Joe Johnson. This is fantastic. But I still wouldn't mind bringing him off the bench for someone bigger if they are a nice fit.

Wally surprised me with his rebounding and one sequence where he actually played good post D.

Ahhh winning makes it easier to catch up on threads that you miss.

I'm so pissed at DirecTV!

Last night I had to go to my brothers B-day party, so I recorded the game. When I got home to watch it, the recording was corrupt. There is a major bug in the system that happens to me often when recording or even watching programs on stations that do not always broadcast (NFL, NBA, 660-1 FSNOHD...). If you do not stop the recording before the station goes off the air, it renders the recording corrupt. It's also happens while I am watching shows/games not in real time (ie: 15 mins behind). When the station goes off the air, the screen goes blank right in the middle of the show!

This is only 2nd game in 6 years that I have missed, I'm pissed!

Anyone else more excited to hear what LBJ says in NY, as opposed to watching the game itself? I'd cry tears of joy if the NY media asked him about his future, and he just told them to STFU. :chuckles:

i still cant believe Delonte held Joe Freaking Johnson to only 4 points on 1-8 shooting in 35 mins.
while delonte has 19 points.
the game before he held Rip hamilton to 15 points in 35 mins.
against the nets he held VINCE CARTER to 12 points.
then he held Brewer (without AK, okur and Wiiliams) to 7 points.

i think were fine with Delonte at SG for now. we need to adress our PF spot the most imo.
