Game 37 | Cavaliers @ Bulls Jan. 15th, 8:00PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why cant Boston or Orlando get slammed with injuries like us? Lebron looked really pissed about losing 3 guys

lebron said he's sick, had no lift, and couldn't breathe.

I say he's making excuses. His shot selection tonight was that of a grade schooler. That, coupled with some good bounces Chicago's way, made this game impossible to win.

And Moo has an excellent point. It's not this game I care about, it's the injuries that are piling up, right when we're hitting the toughest stretch of schedule the whole year. I just can't see us beating NO tomorrow, and I realistically only see us beating Golden State on our West Coast swing. Factor in that, and we could be looking at the #3 seed in the East after all is said and done.

What does Ferry do? Who knows. Teams now know that he's in a pinch, so they're obviously going to up their demands. However, we know Ferry is a stern negotiator, so it'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

Neat-o stats are up... I guess. Who cares.

On TNT, Sager said Delonte said it wasn't too bad and hopes to play on our upcoming road trip. He said that is just what Delonte thinks though and he will still have to be examined by the team doctors.

let's hope that that's the case. but like i said, delonte is a tough guy and may think he'll be able to play sooner than is realistic.

Windhorst's comment about Delonte's statement was that Delonte must still be in shock (and not know what he's talking about).

I can't imagine West will play soon. Maybe in the playoffs he would give it a whirl, but there is no reason to take chances at this stage of the season.

Agreed... I love Delonte's heart but there's no reason to rush him back. I think we're looking at 4 weeks minimum based on what we've heard about the wrist. :(

Thirded. I highly doubt the team will rush him back, with a chance of him re injuring it even worse.

This is the worst day in the history of days. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHAAAAAAAHHHHHH i've had like 50 posts today because i feel so horrible about everything related to sports. I'm only 15 so i never went through the whole drive, fumble, shot thing. I think this is up there, unless we win the championship of course.

A regular season loss to the Bulls while keeping the best record in the East?

You gotta love Delonte for saying this after the game:

"I've been punched in the face many times before, I shook that off," West said. "We're on a roll here, we can't have no pity party for me. I'm going to try not to feel sorry for myself, it hurts but I can still wear my pinky ring.

Tough loss...the injury seemed to steamroll the Cavs...I don't like it but perhaps Ferry can do something to get another body in here...
