Game 37 | Cavaliers @ Bulls Jan. 15th, 8:00PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Can't blame LeBron for this one. It's hard to blame LeBron individually for ANY game, because he keeps us in them in so many ways.

This one is on

(1) lack of ball movement
(2) lack of energy at certain pts
(3) average defense (our bad defense is still better than that of many other teams)
(4) HORRIBLE reffing

I will say...someone should send a copy of this game to Stern. The reffing was suspicious tonight.

i think we win tomorrow

I want what you're smoking. Honestly, after everything that happened tonight (Z out, Delonte out, Ben still sick, Lebron GETTING sick, team showed no energy, OT game, etc.), what possible reason do you have for thinking this?

We have to trade Wally this weekend. I know you guys think I am overreacting, but it is the only way we stay in contention for the number one seed. We could end up losing all that chemistry any way if we went on a losing streak, so don't give me that. Wally for a SG.

agree 100%

What I mean by Mo taking the last shot is by him shooting off of a feed from Bron.If the plan was to go for a jumpshot then i'd rather have Mo take it than Bron.Mo is a way better shooter than Bron. Now on the other hand if the plan was to drive then i'd much rather have Bron take the shot. You guys get what i'm saying?

It was clearly not a drive, he didn't even attempt to drive. He stood back and took a jab step and fired it up after having a terrible shooting game.

(5) Not enough Kinsey
(6) Too much LeBron shooting
(7) Gibson/Mo not taking the final shot at the end of regulation
(9) Too much of Wally/Sasha
(10) No Hughes

Lebron james, mo williams, and the ability to gameplan for the loss of DWEST. I think that everyone will know there roles and step up

The play at the end was not a bad play. If LeBron hit it the game is over, if he drives to the hoop and makes it the Bulls probably have some time left because LeBron will want to attack earlier so that he makes sure he has time to get to the rim and get the shot up, which could give the Bulls a chance to win it on a 3 or tie it.

Bottom line is we played very little D in the OT and therefore we lost the game. You aren't going to win many OTs when you give the other team as many open shots as we did.

no need to freak out.

LeBron was not all there, Varejao was too cold, and the other guys will step up more than they did tonight. We will not lose the number one seed this year. We might lose it for a game or two, but our guys will get healthy again and we'll go on another big win streak.

Plus you never know if Travis Deiner will come out of nowhere and accidently fall sideways into Dwight Howard's leg and tear a ligament, or if someone gets sick of KG and breaks his jaw.

The open shots came because D Rose was blowing by Gibson. If Delonte was here, that wouldn't be happening.

Tough situation. Lebron plays his normal game we still probably win, but wasn't in the cards.

I'm 51 and grew up in Canton. I have seen more games than you have imagined. I know all about the "luck" of the city.

This was one game. The problem lies in the next 3 weeks. We have lost too many core players. No one else has been affected by injuries like this. Imagine if Boston lost Allen AND Rondo.

Delonte's fracture will lose his conditioning. He will be gone for weeks. Possibly 6-8 weeks. And then he will be struggling with conditioning.

Wally is unable to step up. I am curious what Ferry might look to do.

Moo

I feel it coming. I think most true Cleveland fans know what I mean by "it".

Who is next on the list? I am saying Gibson goes down again.

I certainly hope West is back before 6-8 weeks. he's a tough kid, but i hope he still takes all the time necessary to get back to 100%. i hope it's more in the 3-5 week range.

anyway the last shot of regulation was bad IMO. with how poorly the cavs were playing in that quarter and seeing that they were on the road, i think they should have gotten a better shot. lebron should have started moving with 7 or 8 on the shot clock, and driven it to the whole. they had been fouling him in there quite a bit. if anything a drive and kick would have worked. the isolation leading to a contested jump shot was the wrong play for that point in the game, especially for how poorly lebron had been playing.

lebron said he's sick, had no lift, and couldn't breathe.

He also showed his despair in losing three starters. This truly is ridiculous. Hopefully Ben can get back tomorrow.

Why did Fred feel like he had to ask a useless question about an offensive goaltending play? Yeah it was a bad call but what an irrelevant question in the scheme of the conversation. Then someone asks about OT and they cut away... FSN needs to go to hell.

On TNT, Sager said Delonte said it wasn't too bad and hopes to play on our upcoming road trip. He said that is just what Delonte thinks though and he will still have to be examined by the team doctors.
