Game 42 | Cavaliers @ Clippers | January 16, 2010 | 10:30 EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
A wins a win I guess. I'll take it.

A win is a win for sure. Some are crappy though.

Let's start a petition to start West. It's about time. He needs to be getting most of the guard minutes.

nice win... good close! 3-2, ill take it! Now, back to winning ways!

That's the NBA for you...every day, a different team and a different game...you never know what you are going to get. Rasual will shoot something like 3-12 in his next game.

So true. What were the Clips tonight, like 60% from the field and 3pt land? Just ridiculous.

Last night they quit a little before halftime. Thank goodness Baron went Iso for the brick at the end of the game.

Another killer loss at the end of the game to go 2-3 on the road trip would have been brutal.

What a craptastic effort by the Cavs tonight:

48% shooting, 30% three, 80% free throws

Clippers:

60% shooting, 53% three, 71% free throws

That had to be the worst defensive effort I have seen from the Cavs this entire season, no one had in answer for Butler who was simply HOT and Gordon. Who the hell is Smith anyways? Jesus, he was making AV look like a kid out there.

A win is a win and I will take it, but these are the types of wins you just instantly move on from. Just a swipe of the forward and you start to breakdown the next one.

I will say this, Mike Brown had it right with AP and Delonte as the backcourt out there...MO was horrible until the 4th...what does the guy see out there? Is he too scared to call a guy over tell him he sucks tonight and pull him? I love Mo and all, but he is getting eaten alive by whoever guards him.

Certainly some luck on our sides and it didn't help we have LBJ the walking foul out there!

One more thing: I surely would have thought we would have fouled on that last possession, I don't know what the coaching staff was thing but they got extremely bailed out by Baron trying his best to be the hero and failing.

The great thing is is that there's only 2 road games over the next month.

HAHAHA! I can see It. MB..." here look guys this Is tonights 4th quarter play book". ::pick of LeBron:: Got It guys... 123 GOOOO CAVS!"

No, I see it more like this.

MB: Alright, let's go with the Triangle 1-3-5 Screen/Roll..Draw it up Malone

Malone: *draws it up* Okay LeBron you're here, Mo you're here, Delotne gets the ball and goes here and passes it here, LeBron cuts and gets it here, Andy sets the screen and Mo Flares to here, LeBron either take it to the basket or find Mo in the corner.

*Players walk away from coaches towards court*.

LeBron: You guys know you're giving me the ball at the three point line and getting out of my way, right?

Guys: Yeah,

Mo: Which corner do you want me to stand in?

Good point. This is going to be huge. Get some rest. Get some practice. Get some Powe. :king:

It does look like Delonte is rounding back into shape and finding his stroke from 3 point land

It was pathetic for most of the game.

Some of the worst turnovers of the season as well. Even thought the Cavs only had 12 total, some of them were just awful, "I don't give a crap" junk.

You guys left out J Wads good game again. He made some big plays at the end of the game he Is a big reason why we won. He continue to impress me. i thought Clippers got lucky alot and the refs made some bad calls as always. but they played pretty solid when they went small. So good call MB he is learning how to coach the Modern NBA finally great game!

Honestly, the Clippers were bound to come out swinging tonight. They lost by 40 to the Lakers last night, and every player was thinking about that trying to get to sleep last night. They came out with their best shot and were hitting EVERYTHING on the court. They shot 60%. And a lot of the shots were contested.

These are the kind of games we usually lose. We don't come out with a lot of energy, and a really bad team comes out with guns blazing because they want the challenge or are trying to get over a bad loss. I'm not really happy with the way we played tonight, but we played well enough to score more points than the Clippers in 48 minutes, so I can't complain too much. This was going to be a tough one to win no matter what, I'm just glad we came through.

And they're against Miami and Indiana....2 very winnable games. I can't waiting until Thursday. I hope they remember how they beat them on Christmas.

Can you guys tell me how the final possession went?

I turned off the stream..i had to mix it up from the utah game if you get what im saying..

Clips got lucky???

We got lucky that Davis thought they were down by 2 and not 1..
