Gotta improve the defense if we want to win this game. We have given up 100.4 ppg over the last 7 games. 94.6 is what we have given up on the season so far, so that is a pretty big difference.

The last 2 games we gave up 48% shooting and 60% shooting. You can basically wrap up a loss if we slack off for 3 1/2 quarters on defense and then try turning it up in the last 6 minutes like we have the past 5 or 6 games.

Um ... the Lakers had Pau on Christmas. We frustrated Pau and Bynum inside by playing solid interior D. We never allowed either to get in a comfort zone.

Good ole Chicavs will be in Cleveland tomorrow night. I'm staying with this girl I know downtown, might be heading to Sushi Rock for dinner, then planning on watching the game somewhere.
