Gibson out for personal reasons

Cavaliers starting point guard Daniel Gibson will miss Thursday night's game against the Miami Heat to be with his fiancee, R&B star Keyshia Cole, who has been hospitalized in Cleveland for precautionary reasons. Cole is expecting the couple's first child. Former St. Edward star Jawad Williams will replace Gibson in the starting lineup.
