GAME 7 | Cavaliers (6-0) vs Hawks (4-2) | Tuesday Nov 8th 2016 | 7:00pm

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Outside of like one game, every game we have tried just showing up for like a quarter of the game. We shouldn't even have this good of a record to be honest. We tried it again and it didn't work, as it shouldn't.

Shout out to Love for playing hard the whole game. LeBron and Kyrie had good stretches, but overall, everyone was bad. Shump played decent, and I won't blame the game all on him, but his foul at the end of the third was a critical error. We were coming back, he gives away 3 free points to make it a two possession game again, and then Hawks make a run to start the 4th. Big shift.

But we can't play so nonchalantly every game and expect to win.

Turns out playing hard for 16 minutes isn't good enough.

We look like one of the worst teams in the league whenever Lebron is sitting.

This team is built with LeBron's mold. It's going to look like a runny mess when you take the mold off.

lebron played avg and still had the highest +/-

....Cavs inability to atleast play even when Lebron is sitting is sickening. Lebron sits down by 5 at the start of the 4th and they let it baloon to 15....this is taxing on Lebron because he cab't rest and then he had to expend double the energy to dig out of big hole:furious:

Big 3 all score 20 and we lose

Aside from the abysmal shooting, Tristan lowkey was dominated by Dwight and the inability to rebound those misses on the offensive glass allowed ATL to pressure us constantly.

At least we lost to a good team though.

Love played very well tonight.
This is definitely shaping up to be his best season as a Cav.

I'm ok with this loss. Hawks are a good team and always play us very hard. We didn't care enough.
On to the next one.

Idk if you realized but they haven't given a fuck about the hawks since 2010

So based on your post, the Cavs care about the first 6 teams they played but not the Hawks?

The Hawks had 19 turnovers to the Cavs' 6 and we still won the game.

Howard neutralized TT, who has been the biggest factor in the Cavs over the Hawks because Horford can't rebound or stop TT from dominating us on the boards.

Sure, you didn't shoot well from 3, but being +13 in the turnover battle still should've been a Cavs win in Cleveland.

Regardless, I don't think we have a chance against you in the playoffs, just saying, give us credit where it's due.

But we look worse this year than last year. Our plus/minus this year with Lebron off court is looking 2-3 times worse than last year, we were about -5/100 possessions with Lebron off during the regular season last year, we're at almost -15/100 possessions this year. We have lost depth, we are missing Delly/Mozgov/Mo, who were hardly perfect players but gave us more than we seem to have this year.

Cavs missed a bajillion 3-point attempts. Hawks played a solid game.

There's your recap - nothing else to see here.

Defensively? That's been the problem. Not offense. We hemorrhage points when he sits.

41 threes attempted. Holy shit... might be the reason we lost.

The defense has been suspect this year so far.
