I like the approach of dumping the ball into the low post to Mobley or Allen, whoever has the best matchup, and letting them back down their man for a short jump hook. The Raptors will double, which will open up a pass to the perimeter for an open 3. With the height of Allen and Mobley they should be able to pass out of a double team without getting the pass stolen or deflected.
We need to avoid the small Cavs guards driving baseline and getting trapped under the backboard and trying to squeeze a pass into the paint. The Raps have a lot of tall, lanky guys who will be looking for that.
Cedi Osman has made 14 of his last 24 shots from distance, or 58.3%. Obviously that's not sustainable, but I'm hoping he can keep it going for another game or two. Having a 6'8" wing who can hit 3's consistently would be huge, even if he hurts the team on defense and the glass. Obviously the new ball isn't bothering Cedi - quite the contrary. Maybe he grew up playing with Wilsons in Turkey.
