Game Thread | 2021-2022 Season | Game #18 | Nets @ Cavs | Nov. 22, 2022

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Too much help defense. I'd rather just let these guys play straight up. Usually with Harden and Durant, helping off ends up with an open 3.

Welp.

Overall, nice having Markannen's 3P range back after 3 weeks out.
Obviously huge having Allen back.

Now just need Mobley back to glue the defense together.

Really like this team. Extend Rubio two years. Add another SG and SF via draft/trade/fa.

The next game I'm very interested in is the Orlando game. Even with Mobley out, it's much like the Detroit game. You want to see the Cavs not play down to Orlando and show that they can systematically beat the teams with lesser talent then them.

Why do we get a board with 47 seconds and take 17 seconds to get off a shot?

Good fight by the Cavs. That 15-7 run killed us in the 3rd. Momentum totally shifted their way. And JBB sitting on that challenge yet again. You have it. Use it every fucking game. Refs fucked us as well, even though we shot a lot of freethrows, they were letting the Nets get away with a lot and also gave them quite a few phantom calls. We've been disrespected in not getting flagrant reviews either.

They are currently getting blown out by the Bucks. 41 point difference :chuckle:

Does Aldridge play this well against other teams? He killed us last week, too. Same with Mills.

In any case, we are playing pretty even ball against the best teams in the league, even when not at full strength. We would have won this game with Mobley. The long-term trajectory is looking really good for the Cavs right now.
